1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By accessing and using the Shiba Warriors Game ("the Game"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Game.

2. Ownership of NFTs 2.1. The Game utilizes non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to represent in-game assets and items. Ownership of NFTs is recorded on a blockchain, and you acknowledge that you are purchasing a limited license to use the NFT within the context of the Game. 2.2. NFTs may be acquired through gameplay, in-game purchases, or other means. The ownership and transfer of NFTs are subject to the rules of the blockchain used by the Game.

3. Limited License 3.1. Shiba Warriors grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game and associated NFTs for personal and non-commercial purposes only. 3.2. You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, sell, or exploit any part of the Game or NFTs for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Shiba Warriors.

4. User Conduct 4.1. You agree not to engage in any behavior that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Game, including but not limited to cheating, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities. 4.2. You shall not use the Game for any unlawful, offensive, or harmful purposes, including transmitting or uploading any content that is defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.

5. Privacy 5.1. Shiba Warriors may collect and use personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. 5.2. By using the Game, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as per the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property 6.1. The Game, its design, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned by Shiba Warriors and its licensors. 6.2. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of the intellectual property associated with the Game without prior written authorization from Shiba Warriors.

7. Termination 7.1. Shiba Warriors reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions. 7.2. Upon termination, your access to the Game will be revoked, and you must immediately cease any use of the Game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties 8.1. The Game is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Shiba Warriors makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Game. 8.2. Shiba Warriors disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. Shiba Warriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game or NFTs. 9.2. Shiba Warriors' total liability for any claim arising from the Game shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the purchase of NFTs or access to the Game, whichever is applicable.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions Shiba Warriors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By using the Shiba Warriors: Guardians of Shibarium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
